In a case of administrative negligence, plaster from a school ceiling fell on students, narrowly avoiding a major tragedy.
In many districts of the state, the temples of education are now becoming life-threatening, and the biggest reason behind this is the negligence of the administration and the indifference of the system. A similar case has come to light in Koyalari village government primary school of Umaria district, where the plaster of the ceiling of a class four room suddenly fell on the children. One student was injured in this incident, while the rest of the children survived only by chance.
Actually, there was a five-minute interval in the school, the children had just come out of the class when a part of the ceiling of the class four room collapsed and fell down. Unfortunately, the plaster fell on Ankit Yadav's head, due to which he was seriously injured. He was immediately rushed to the district hospital. After the incident, officials of the education department also reached the hospital, but this visit also seems to be just a formality. More than 250 such government schools have been identified in the district whose condition is very dilapidated.
