CM’s Mega Announcements, Tax Discount Deadline, Protests & Cycle Rally Mark the Day

CM Dr. Mohan to unveil crore-worth projects in Morena-Gwalior; last day for 6% property tax rebate; BJP Mahila Morcha stages protest; cycle rally held in Bhopal; special CLC round begins for UG-PG admissions.

Madhya Pradesh CM Dr Mohan Yadav will be on a tour of the region today. He will gift development works worth crores to Gwalior and Morena districts. Along with this, the Chief Minister will also be seen immersed in devotion.

Bhopal to Gwalior Airport

From Gwalior Airport, he will reach Piparsewa Industrial Area via helicopter. Where he will inaugurate industrial units.

From Piparsewa, he will reach Treta Yugin Shanichara Temple situated on Anti Mountain. He will perform oil Abhishek of Lord Shanidev.

He will reach Rajaudha village of Porsa. Where he will inaugurate Sandipani School and New Community Hospital.

Reaching Ambah, Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will unveil the statue of Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister, the beloved son of the region, Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji.

After Ambah, he will reach Gwalior and participate in Maharaja Agrasen Mahanatya program in Jiwaji University Atal Auditorium.

The Chief Minister will perform Puja Archana Aarti in Raja Ganesh Mahotsav of Thatipur situated in Thatipur.

After this, he will leave for Bhopal from Gwalior late in the evening.
Today is the last day of 6% discount in property tax

Today is the last day of 6% discount in property tax in the capital Bhopal. Due to which the municipal corporation offices will remain open even on Sunday today. 6 percent discount is being given in the current financial year 2025-26. Which will stop from Monday. After this, there will be no discount in tax.

BJP Mahila Morcha's Halla Bol today

BJP Mahila Morcha will surround the Congress office today. In the capital, it will take out a foot march from Red Cross Square to the Congress office at 12.30 pm. Demonstrations will be held at the District Congress Office in many districts today and in some districts tomorrow. Mahila Morcha will register protest against using abusive words against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mother.

National Sports Day 2025: Cycle rally today

A cycle rally will be organized today on Sunday on National Sports Day 2025. Due to which many routes of the capital Bhopal will be diverted. The route will be diverted from Rethghat Square to Kohefiza Square via VIP Road. Vehicles will be able to go from Rethghat to Lalghat via Moti Masjid, Royal Market. Vehicles going from Karbala towards Rethghat, Kilol Park, Polytechnic Chauraha will also have to take an alternate route. Entry of heavy vehicles, buses and cargo vehicles will be closed on the rally route. Heavy vehicles will have to use an alternate route. Emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire brigades will be allowed to travel normally.

Special CLC phase for UG and PG

There will be a special CLC phase for admission to undergraduate-postgraduate classes for the academic session 2025-26 in government/grant-in-aid private and private colleges under the Higher Education Department. This process will be from 1st to 6th September only. This is the last phase of admission for students wishing to take admission in undergraduate and postgraduate classes. All admissions will be provided on "first come first serve" basis and this facility will be available only for vacant seats. Information about vacant seats will be displayed on the student's login and college login. Registered students will be able to take admission by paying the admission fee directly in the concerned college.
