CM Announces 10-Crore Stadium in Chhatarpur

During Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations, CM Dr. Mohan announced a stadium in Chhatarpur costing ₹10 crores, broke the ceremonial pot, and spoke about the river linking campaign, fulfilling Uma Bharti's vision.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav attended the Sri Krishna Janmashtami festival in Chhatarpur on Saturday. On this occasion, he also broke a pot filled with butter. He also participated in the road show. During this, the CM said that a stadium will be built in Chhatarpur at a cost of Rs 10 crore. Other works will be started in the district including the construction of Gaushala in 30 acres of area, Kanya Vivah Bhawan and Community Bhawan at a cost of Rs 1 crore.
The Chief Minister said that along with this, the construction work of the medical college will be expedited. A hospital will also be built near it. He said that after the construction of Sagar-Kabrai four lane under MP-UP Economic Corridor, Chhatarpur can be reached from the divisional headquarters Sagar in just two hours.
Bundelkhand's land is the land of heroes
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Lord Shri Ram went from north to south and Shri Krishna went from east to west. If you want to understand Indian culture, remember them. India is known all over the world for Shri Ram and Shri Krishna. The courage to fight big powers in the world comes from both the deities, who ended the demonic powers by going to their home. Bundelkhand's land is the land of heroes. The mighty Chhatrasal Maharaj and brave Alha-Udal fought big battles for the Chandel kings. Chhatarpur has a glorious past. Ken-Betwa Link Project will benefit
The Chief Minister said that former Chief Minister Uma Bharti had pledged to link rivers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fulfilled the dream of Atalji and Uma Didi. The farmers of Bundelkhand will get the benefit of irrigation from the Ken-Betwa Link Project. If the fields get water, the crop becomes like gold. This river linking project is a boon for the land of Bundelkhand. The land of Bundelkhand will leave Punjab and Haryana behind in grain production. Nowadays, tourism is also like an industry. Today, investment proposals worth Rs 3500 crore have been received in the Gwalior Regional Tourism Conclave. These will create new employment opportunities for the youth.
The Chief Minister said that when I was the Higher Education Minister, the work of making the college of Chhatarpur a university was started. No resolution of the state government will remain incomplete. Wherever the feet of Lord Krishna fell, the state government will develop them as pilgrimage sites. Like the forest-gaman path of Shri Ram, Shri Krishna Patheya is being made. The Chief Minister said that those who have cows at home are Gopal. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Kamdhenu Yojana has been started to increase the income of farmers along with farming. In this, eligible beneficiaries are being given the benefit of subsidy on the purchase of cattle. The state government will purchase cow milk from cowherds.
