All applications received in CM Helpline should be resolved within the stipulated time limit

Under good governance, it is very important to ensure that the applicants get the solution to their problem at the local level itself. He said that the government has done grading of the performance of districts in all the schemes. Feedback is also being taken about the district and police administration. The districts which have not performed as per expectations in the grading should improve their performance and gain the trust of the citizens by providing better administration and making the systems customer friendly.
