CM to Unveil Vikramaditya Vedic Clock & App

CM Dr. Mohan to introduce the Vikramaditya Vedic clock and app, giving a new identity to India’s traditional time calculation system with detailed time-related information.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will unveil the Vikramaditya Vedic clock and launch the app. There will be a youth march from Shaurya Smarak to the Chief Minister's residence. The CM will also interact with the youth.
The Indian time calculation system and scientific tradition are going to get a new identity. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the Vikramaditya Vedic clock and its mobile app at the Chief Minister's residence today on Monday at 11 am. This clock connects the Indian calendar and time calculation with modern technology. It can be seen in more than 189 languages. Through this unique clock, information about the calendar, date, constellation, yoga, day, month, fast and festivals will also be available along with the time.
Youth dialogue program
Youth and students of colleges and universities will gather at the Shaurya Smarak. Bike/bus rally "Bharat Ka Samay - Prithvi Ka Samay" will start from the Shaurya Smarak, which will go till Shyamala Hills police station. From here the rally will turn into a foot march and reach the main gate of the Chief Minister's residence. On this occasion, there will also be a Yuva Samvad program on the topic Vikramaditya Vedic Clock: Initiative to restore India's time, in which Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will directly communicate with the youth.
World's first clock based on Indian time calculation
The Vedic clock is the world's first clock based on Indian time calculation. The most reliable method of Indian time calculation was restored in the form of Vikramaditya Vedic clock by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ujjain on 29 February 2024. Vikramaditya Vedic clock is a wonderful confluence of Indian tradition, Vedic calculation and scientific vision. India is the holy land that has illuminated the entire universe with its knowledge. The mobile app of Vikramaditya Vedic clock contains rare information of Panchang, Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karan, Day, Month, Fast and Festivals of more than 7000 years from 3179 Vikram Purva (birth of Shri Krishna), Mahabharata period. There is also information of 30 different Shubh Shubh Muhurats and alarm facility for religious works, fasts and meditation. Vedic time (30 hours), current Muhurat location, GMT and IST time, temperature, wind speed, humidity and weather related information are also being made available to the people, this app is available in more than 189 global languages. Which includes calculation of daily sunrise and sunset and on this basis, accurate details of 30 Muhurats of every day. Scientifically rich and linked to spiritual traditions, this Vikramaditya Vedic clock will give a new dimension to Indian culture and our ancient time calculation system at the global level.
