Congress MLA Arif Masood College Case: No New Admissions, FIR to be Filed in 3 Days, SIT Formed

In the case related to Congress MLA Arif Masood’s college, authorities have decided the college will remain open but no new admissions will be allowed. The Commissioner has been directed to file an FIR within three days, and an SIT has been constituted to probe the matter.

It has been revealed that Congress MLA Arif Masood had submitted fake documents for the college. The state did not investigate for 20 years and the students suffered. In the case, Jabalpur High Court said – the college will continue for the time being, but has banned new admissions and ordered Commissioner Bhopal to register an FIR within 3 days. It has also been asked to form an SIT to investigate the matter. The SIT will have to submit the report to the court in 3 months. The next hearing of the case will be in October.

Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed to file an FIR against Congress MLA Arif Masood from Bhopal, the High Court body should register an FIR against Arif Masood within three days, while the High Court has also directed the DGP to form an SIT in this case.

Investigation of Aman Education Society's fraud
Let us tell you that the High Court has directed to file an FIR against Arif Masood in the case of running a college in a fake manner in Bhopal. ADG Communication Sanjeev Sami has been made the head of the SIT in the High Court and has also been instructed to select two officers of his choice to investigate the fraud of this Aman Education Society.

The college will continue, there will be no new admissions

In this entire matter, the High Court, keeping in mind the future of the students, has said that Arif Masood's college will continue for the time being, although the High Court has banned admissions for the new session. Congress MLA Arif Masood is talking about going to the Supreme Court against the special order of the High Court.

Fraud is not possible without political connection

While hearing the double bank case, Justice Atul Shridhar expressed surprise and said that it is not possible that such fraud has been going on for 20 years without political patronage. The High Court said that Arif Masood's political connections are such that in the year 2004, Arif Masood gave a fake sale deed, even after that the government instructed Arif Masood to submit the sale deed again, but no one gathered the courage to check the sale deed submitted again for 20 years. The High Court has said that action should be taken not only against Arif in the case but also against those officers who have a role in this whole matter.

This is the whole matter
The recognition of the college run by Aman Education of Congress MLA Arif Masood from Bhopal was canceled recently. The Higher Education Department had canceled the recognition of Indira Priyadarshini College. Earlier, the college had got interim recognition, but the department cancelled the recognition as the college did not fulfill the required documents and conditions. Congress MLA AAP Masood is accused of getting the recognition for the college by submitting fake documents of the institution, in which the concerned officials were also accused of collusion.
