Court Takes Strict Action: Drunk Driver Fined Rs 10,000

A young man was fined Rs 10,000 by the court for driving a scooter under the influence of alcohol. The court emphasized strict action to curb such reckless behavior.
Gwalior Police took a big action regarding road safety and arrested a person who was driving under the influence of alcohol and presented him before the court. A case was registered under strict sections of the Motor Vehicle Act, after which the court imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on the person driving the scooter under the influence of alcohol and released him after giving him a warning.
According to the information, the city's Gola Ka Mandir Traffic Police caught Raj Bahadur driving a scooter under the influence of alcohol during checking. He was found to be drunk during checking with a breath analyzer device. After which his scooter was seized and he was presented before the court. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the court punished him with a fine of Rs 10,000 and praised the working of the police. The driver was also released after giving him a warning.
