Amid tensions with Pakistan, the Mohan government has prioritized internal security by forming a three-member ministerial committee under the Chief Minister's chairmanship to closely monitor the state’s situation.

Bhopal. In view of the increasing tension with Pakistan, the Madhya Pradesh government has started taking strict vigilance regarding internal security. A special committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In which three senior ministers have been included. This committee will regularly assess the current security situation of the state and formulate a strategy as needed.
Apart from this, the government has constituted a team of Additional Chief Secretary level officers to strengthen various security mechanisms of the state. Which is actively taking stock of the situation in every district. This team is taking necessary steps by coordinating with the police, security forces and other related departments.
The government has also directed that all the District Collectors, Superintendents of Police and concerned officers should remain alert in their respective areas and immediately inform the authorities about any suspicious activity or incident. Also, social media is also being monitored, so that rumors do not spread and there is complete control over the situation.
