Fake doctor's clinic sealed: Opens another hospital

A hospital in Ujjain has been sealed after a baby died during delivery on Thursday. The mother and her family have accused doctor of negligence, leading the CMHO to order an investigation following Friday’s uproar. As per reports, the doctor has been identified as Tayyaba and this is her second controversial hospital that has been sealed.

Dr. Vikram Raghuwanshi, superintendent of Government Madhav Nagar Hospital in Ujjain, said-The BEMS degree presented by Dr. Tayyaba is completely fake and not valid in Madhya Pradesh. Currently, their Ashirwad Hospital has been sealed. Orders have been given to investigate the matter.

Kajal, the six-month-pregnant wife of Lakhan Malviya from Chintaman, began experiencing severe pain on Friday evening at about 5 pm. Lakhan first took her to the government hospital in Jiwajiganj. There, the ASHA worker told him that Dr. Meenakshi Jatav was unavailable and gave him the address of Dr. Tayyaba Sheikh’s Ashirwad Hospital.

Upon ASHA worker's suggestion, family members took Kajal to Ashirwad Hospital in Pawasa. After checkup, Dr. Tayyaba said that the baby's hands and feet had not formed. The doctor admitted Kajal to another hospital and started treatment and blood bottles were administered.

When family members asked for discharge as the patient's condition worsened, the doctor said that poison would spread in her stomach and the patient could die.

Thereafter, family members forcefully took discharge and reached SN Krishna Hospital. Here, normal delivery of the deceased baby took place. Doctors said that the baby's hands and feet were fully formed.

After the incident, angry family members reached the Government Madhav Nagar Hospital. Here they raised slogans against CMHO Dr. Ashok Patel. The family members allege that when Dr. Tayyaba's hospital was already sealed, how was she providing treatment. Their child died due to this negligence.

Second hospital also sealed After the family members' protest, Dr. Tayyaba's Ashirwad Hospital has been sealed. Earlier too, her hospital was sealed in a child death case. After some time, the doctor opened another hospital. And started treating and delivering pregnant women.
