During this, he extended greetings on the completion of 100 years of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and said, "We are proud that we have also been associated with the Sangh."
Discussing with the media, the Chief Minister informed that investors will be met in Guwahati on October 5. Regarding farmers, he said, "I was told that the crop is ready, so instead of extending the registration date for the Bhavantar Yojana, we are starting it from October 3 itself. Farmers will be able to sell their crops in the mandis from October 24."
The CM also said that he has given clear instructions to the officials to ensure that farmers do not suffer any kind of loss. He assured that the government stands with the farmers, and if there is a difference between MSP (Minimum Support Price) and market price, the government will pay that difference to the farmers.
