The Madhya Pradesh government has taken a big decision. Actually, now the employees of the Civil Supplies Corporation in the state will also get the fourth time scale pay scale. Along with this, house rent allowance will also be given as per the rates announced by the state government.
In fact, on Tuesday, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Civil Supplies Corporation and Warehouse Corporation was held in the ministry. Important decisions were taken in this meeting in the interest of the employees. Food Minister Govind Singh Rajput said that the interests of the employees are being taken care of. The employees will also have to prove their usefulness by doing the best possible work in the interest of the department.
Ex-gratia amount more than doubled
In this meeting, it was also decided that the ex-gratia amount will be more than doubled to the family in case of death of the employees of the corporation while in service. At present, an ex-gratia amount of Rs 50 thousand is given. Now a maximum ex-gratia amount of Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand will be given. Provision of Service Promotion Rules-2025 will also be made in the corporation.
Monitoring of storage houses will be done through app
In the meeting of the Board of Directors of Storage Corporation, it was decided that an app will be made for monitoring storage houses. Through this, the quantity of stored grains, its quality etc. can be verified. Officers will upload photos of inspection of storage houses in the app. Geo tagging will also be there.
Get storage houses maintained on time
Before the procurement of paddy starts, all storage houses will have to be maintained. Instructions have been given to make a policy to rent out storage houses located near cities to private companies in case they become vacant. Along with this, instructions have been given to complete the process of appointment to vacant posts within the time limit.
