Central GST raids have been conducted at 7 businessmen in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. 7 different GST teams have raided the businessmen's places. There is panic among other businessmen of the city due to the GST raid. GST has taken this action on the complaint of tax evasion. The action was going on till the time of writing the news. The action is going on under the leadership of GST Commissioner Lokesh Kumar Lilhare.
A 20-member team of Central GST has conducted simultaneous raids. GST was being evaded with the help of fake bills. There is a possibility of GST evasion of more than 5 crores at all the seven businessmen. All the firms look after the maintenance work in cement factories. During the raid, JLC Infra paid 20 lakh rupees tax and asked for a week's time to pay 50 lakh. The team is engaged in finding and catching the masterminds of Jabalpur and Satna.
