High Court Orders Re-examination in Guest Teacher Recruitment Case
In a significant development, the High Court has issued an interim order mandating a special re-examination for the guest teacher recruitment process. The decision aims to ensure fairness and transparency in the selection procedure.
Jabalpur. The guest teacher recruitment case in Madhya Pradesh will be subject to the final decision of the High Court. If the petition filed regarding the recruitment is accepted, then a special examination will have to be conducted. The High Court has given this interim order on the neglect of guest teachers.
Let us tell you that the expectation of guest teachers has been raised by petitioning in the High Court. The petition has been filed by Jabalpur resident Preeti Tripathi and 13 other people. The matter has been heard in the bench of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi.
The court was told that in the recruitment of 2023-24, the experience certificate of guest teachers was declared a mandatory document in the online application. In many districts, the principals and the concerned officers were not able to issue certificates in the prescribed format. Many guest teachers were out of the recruitment process due to non-issuance of the prescribed certificate.
