Property Registration Goes Online in Gwalior: Offline System Discontinued

Gwalior Municipal Corporation has launched an online property registration system from today, officially shutting down the earlier offline process for greater transparency and convenience.

Registration of properties in Gwalior city of Madhya Pradesh will now be done online from August 1, 2025. The new system has come into effect in Gwalior Municipal Corporation from today. The years-old offline property registration system has been discontinued from today.

Under the new rule, strict action will be taken against the officer conducting the offline registration process. Citizens will have to go to e Nagar Palika and complete the property registration process. The applications received at Janmitra centers will be registered online by the Janmitra in-charge and further process will be adopted.
