High Court Takes Serious Note of Nursing Scam, Directs MP Online to Preserve Data

During the ongoing hearing of the nursing scam, High Court judges personally reviewed fake mark sheets on the MPNRC portal. The court issued strict instructions to MP Online, ordering that no data related to nursing students be tampered with or altered in any form.

While hearing the case of irregularities in the recognition and admission of nursing and paramedical colleges in Madhya Pradesh, the High Court has directed MP Online that no manipulation or change should be made in the online data of the Nursing Council. If the order is violated, a case will be registered under the provisions of the Indian Justice Code.

Actually, the PIL filed by Law Students Association President Vishal Baghel was heard once again on Friday. While hearing the case, a bench of Justice Atul Shridharan and Justice Anuradha Shukla has directed MP Online that no manipulation or change should be made in the online data of the Nursing Council.
