The Gwalior Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has transferred the petition regarding the Ambedkar statue dispute to the main bench in Jabalpur for further hearing.

A big update has come in the Dr. Ambedkar statue dispute case (High Court Ambedkar statue dispute case) in Gwalior High Court premises of Madhya Pradesh. The Gwalior High Court Bench has transferred the petition to the Jabalpur High Court Main Bench. In the case, MP High Court Jabalpur has been made a party through the Registrar General and Gwalior High Court Bench through the Principal Registrar.

Let us tell you that a PIL has been filed regarding the Gwalior High Court Ambedkar statue dispute case. Advocate Awadhesh Bhadauria has filed a PIL.

Through the petition, other demands have been made including taking the right decision to install or not install the Ambedkar statue. In the petition, the possibility of caste conflict in Madhya Pradesh like Manipur state has been expressed due to the statue dispute.
