Hospital Management Disposes Children's Calcium Medicine in Open

Another case of the Civil Hospital management, which is in the headlines for negligence, has come to light. The (iron) calcium medicine that came to be distributed to the children was thrown in the open near the doctor's quarters behind the hospital when it expired, whereas it was necessary to dispose of the expired medicine.
This medicine, manufactured in the 11th month of 2023, was not distributed for one and a half years till 2025. This medicine kept in the hospital expired before it could be distributed to the children, after which the hospital management threw them in the open. This medicine lying in the open can also prove to be dangerous for people and animals.
In such a situation, it is known that even though the government provides medicines for free distribution for the health and well-being of poor people, how difficult it is to reach the benefits to the people due to the indifference of the officials.
