"If My Sister is Guilty, Hang Her": Sonam Raghuwanshi's Brother's Bold Statement

In a dramatic turn of events, Sonam Raghuwanshi's brother publicly challenged the authorities, declaring, "If my sister is guilty, hang her." His emotional outburst in front of the police has sparked intense discussions, highlighting a critical moment in the ongoing investigation.

The police kept Sonam Raghuvanshi, the accused in the high profile honeymoon murder case, in the One Stop Center at around 4:30 pm and a large number of policemen were deployed at its gate.

Sonam Raghuvanshi's brother Govind also reached the One Stop Center on Monday evening at around 4:15 pm, but was stopped by the policemen deployed there. The brother was also turned away by the police. After this, he spoke to the media persons.

Sonam's brother said that if my sister is guilty then hang her. He alleged that the DGP of Meghalaya is deliberately implicating his sister. He also got angry at the media persons.

He said that until I meet my sister, I will not tell anything. I have been searching for my sister for 17 days without eating or drinking. If you had any information, you would have definitely told us. After this, he again went towards the One Stop Center.

He kept sitting there in the hope of meeting his sister. When the Meghalaya police arrived at around 6:30 in the evening, Govind went with them and met his sister. The One Stop Center remained busy throughout the day.

The police took Sonam Raghuvanshi from Kashi Chay Jaika Dhaba of Nandganj to the District Hospital of the Government Medical College at around four o'clock. During this time, there were a large number of male and female policemen. The doctor of the hospital talked to Sonam.

The medical staff told that she had fever and headache, for which she was sent away after giving medicine. Sonam Raghuvanshi stayed in the district hospital for about 20 minutes.

After that, the policemen took her to the One Stop Center. When Sonam Raghuvanshi reached the district hospital, she was not able to walk properly. A lot of fatigue was visible on her face. After this, she was sent to the One Stop Center.
