Jabalpur, the cultural capital of Madhya Pradesh, is becoming a hub of drugs. The drug smuggling in the city is increasing. The smugglers have become so fearless that they are neither afraid of the police nor the law. The latest case is from village Jhurjhuru of Panagar police station area of Jabalpur. Where ganja was being cultivated among the crops. When the police reached the spot on the basis of the complaint, they saw that ganja trees had grown in the middle of the crops. During interrogation, it was found that these trees were being grown with the intention of smuggling ganja.
On interrogation, it was found that Shri Ram Gond, who lives in Jhurjhuru village, was cultivating ganja for a long time. On this basis, the police arrested the accused and also seized the ganja plants. The police is now investigating since when Shri Ram Gond was cultivating ganja and to which drug dealers he was supplying ganja.
