Nema Heart Hospital's Registration Cancelled Over Fire Safety Violations

The Health Department has cancelled the registration of Nema Heart Hospital after it was found operating without a valid fire NOC. The action follows a recent arson incident, exposing severe safety lapses.

Jabalpur. After the fire in Nema Heart Care Hospital, the health department woke up and cancelled the registration of the hospital. The hospital was being operated without fire NOC. Last Tuesday, Nema Heart Hospital caught fire. During the fire, the patients had a narrow escape.

The health department has woken up after the accident. According to the information, now 153 hospitals of the city will be investigated. Hospitals will be investigated at three levels. There will be investigation from the angle of fire prevention arrangements, environmental protection and building construction. The condition of the building, patient care and available facilities of the hospital will also be seen in the investigation.

There was chaos late at night in Nema Heart Hospital located at Deendayal Chowk in the city when the building suddenly caught fire. The news of the fire created a stampede in the entire hospital premises. It is being told that the fire broke out in the hospital due to fireworks. On receiving the information of the incident, the fire brigade reached the spot and extinguished the fire. All the patients admitted in the hospital were safely evacuated and admitted to other hospitals.
