Khajuraho Airport Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey, Bhopal Shines Too

Khajuraho Airport has been ranked as the country’s number one airport in a customer satisfaction survey, bringing pride to Madhya Pradesh.

The report of the customer satisfaction survey conducted by the Airport Authority of India for the first phase (January–June 2025) of the year 2025-26 has been released. Feedback was collected from passengers at 60 out of 62 airports across the country. In this survey,

Airport has made its mark not only as the best but also the number one airport in the country by getting a full score of 5.00 out of 5.00. Apart from this, Raja Bhoj of Bhopal and Udaipur Airport have also got the first place in terms of facilities.

A matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh

This achievement is not only a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh, but also shows that world-class passenger services are now being provided even in small cities of the country. On this occasion, Khajuraho Airport Director Santosh Singh said, "This achievement is the result of the commitment, hard work of our entire team and our continuous efforts to provide the best facilities to the passengers. We thank all our staff, supporting agencies and passengers, with whose cooperation we got this number one position. In future also, we will continue to try to stay one step ahead of the expectations of the passengers." Khajuraho Airport in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh has witnessed a huge crowd of foreign tourists. Foreign tourists who ranked top here along with two other big cities said that world-class passenger services are now making their place in small cities of India as well. 60 airports were included In this survey, 60 out of a total of 62 airports were included. Jaisalmer and Tezpur airports were not included. Because there were no regular flights there. Customer satisfaction was given marks out of 5 in the survey. During this, the average score was 4.59. Bhopal Airport Director Ramji Awasthi said that we have taken many new steps to improve the experience of passengers.
