Last Monday of Sawan: Devotees Throng Shiva Temples; CM Visits Guna-Shivpuri, Tribal Issues to Be Raised in House

On the auspicious last Monday of Sawan, thousands of devotees gathered at Shiva temples across the state to offer prayers. Meanwhile, Chief Minister's visit to Guna and Shivpuri focused on local development. Tribal rights and concerns are set to be prominently discussed in the upcoming Assembly session.
Today is the last Monday of Sawan. There is a huge crowd in all the temples of MP including Mahakal of Ujjain to have darshan of Bholenath. There is a long queue of devotees. A large number of devotees have reached the temple since morning with water in a pot and devotion in their hearts to worship Lord Shiva.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will be on a tour of Guna and Shivpuri districts today. Will visit the flood and heavy rain affected area. Will review the relief work. Will reach the Assembly at 10.30 am. Will sign MoU- tripartite agreement at Samatva Bhavan at 1.35 pm. Will leave for Guna from Bhopal at 2 pm.

CM will visit the flood/heavy rain affected area in Guna and review the relief work. Will leave from Guna for village Padora district Shivpuri at 3.35 pm. Will arrive in village Pachavali district Shivpuri from village Padora at 4 pm. Will visit the flood/heavy rain affected area and review the relief work. Will reach Bhopal at 7.15 pm.

Today the issue of tribals will be raised in the House. Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar, former Leader of Opposition Ajay Singh, MLA Dr. Hiralal Alawa have drawn attention to the situation arising out of rejection of cases of forest rights claimants and their eviction. The second attention is related to electricity which has been raised by MLA Ramesh Prasad Khatik. The attention of the Energy Minister will be drawn to the fact that the electricity department has not removed the interest amount in the case of theft except through Lok Adalat. 6 amended bills will come.
