Mayor Malti Rai Writes to ACS, Objects to Blaming Public Representatives for File Delays

Mayor of Bhopal Municipal Corporation, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, Malti Rai has written a letter to ACS. It is written in the letter that it is not right to blame public representatives for the delay in files. Blaming public representatives is against their dignity.
ACS Sanjay Shukla has issued an order on behalf of the government for Mayor in Council. The order said to dispose of the file within a time limit of 10 days. All the mayors of the state have objected to the order.
For which this letter has been written to the Additional Chief Secretary. The mayor wrote that we are elected public representatives and are aware of our responsibility.
It is not right in any situation to blame the mayor or MIC for the delay in disposal without any solid basis.
