Thirteen handpicked finalists—selected through a rigorous audition held on May 20, 2025—will compete for the prestigious crown. The winner will secure a direct entry into the Miss Universe India national pageant, a gateway to representing India on the global Miss Universe stage.

The finale will feature multiple segments, including an opening dance performance, an evening gown round, and successive eliminations—from Top 13 to Top 8, then Top 4—culminating in the crowning of the new queen.
