A car belonging to a local MLA collided with a vehicle carrying students, leading to a heated dispute. Following the incident, police seized the students' car, although the MLA chose not to file an official complaint. The incident has sparked questions about police conduct and impartiality.

A case of a student's car colliding with the car of Shivpuri's BJP MLA Devendra Jain has come to light. During this, it has also come to light that the students beat up the MLA's PSO for threatening them. Jhansi Road police station seized the students' car late at night. However, no complaint of any kind has been lodged with the police by the MLA.

 Actually, MLA Devendra Jain had come to Gwalior on Friday night to attend the wedding of Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar's daughter. While returning, as soon as MLA Devendra Jain's car took a U-turn on the Shivpuri highway ahead of Vicky Factory, it collided with the car of the students coming from the front and the students' car collided with the divider. It is being told that the MLA's PSO had threatened the students, due to which a situation of dispute arose. Seeing the situation, the MLA called the police.

 The students were also brought to the police station late at night. But no complaint was lodged with the police by MLA Devendra Jain and he left. In such a situation, now the police is also trying to avoid the matter. Regarding this entire incident, CSP Hina Khan says that the students' car collided with the divider due to which its tyres also burst. Due to the incident, a huge crowd gathered at the spot. The students were also young, so a situation of some dispute arose.
