Chief Minister Dr. Mohan and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will attend the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the Tapi Basin Mega Recharge Project, aimed at enhancing water resources and sustainability in the region.

Bhopal. On May 10, there will be an MoU for Tapi Basin Mega Recharge Project. This project will play an important role in expanding the irrigation area and facilitating drinking water availability in both Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Gujarat will also benefit from this.
Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav has said that Madhya Pradesh is soon moving towards the implementation of the third river linking project. This project will be implemented with the cooperation of Maharashtra. Under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh has been a leader in the country in implementing the concept of river linking project of former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. After Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, MoU is going to be signed with Maharashtra for Tapi Basin Mega Recharge Project. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will also be present in Bhopal on May 10. Chief Minister Dr Yadav gave this information in a discussion with media representatives at Samatva Bhavan (Chief Minister's residence).
