MP CM Mohan Yadav to Visit Ujjain for Bhoomi Pujan and Project Inaugurations Worth Over ₹131 Crore

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is set to visit Ujjain on Friday to participate in several public events. His first stop will be Unhel, where he will inaugurate construction works valued at over ₹19 crore. He will also perform the Bhoomi Pujan (groundbreaking) for multiple development projects totaling more than ₹131 crore, marking a major boost to the city’s infrastructure.

Educational Infrastructure Boost
During the visit, CM Yadav will inaugurate several new educational facilities in Unhel, including:

  • Government College, Jharda – New building worth ₹4.34 crore
  • Government Higher Secondary School, Kundikheda – New building worth ₹1.47 crore
  • Government Girls’ High School, Mahidpur – New building worth ₹1.47 crore
  • Government Girls’ High School, Semliya – New building worth ₹1.47 crore
  • ITI Tarana – New 6-trade building with a 60-seater boys’ hostel worth ₹10 crore

He will also perform the Bhoomi Pujan for several other multi-crore projects across the city.

Dignitaries to Attend
The programs will see participation from prominent leaders, including:

  • Dr. Inder Singh Parmar, Minister of Higher Education
  • Gautam Tetwal, In-Charge Minister
  • Anil Firozia, MP
  • Balayogi Umesh Nath Maharaj, Rajya Sabha member

Focus on Development and Education
These initiatives, totaling over ₹131 crore, are part of the state government’s efforts to enhance educational infrastructure and overall development in Ujjain. The projects are expected to provide modern facilities for students, improve accessibility, and strengthen institutional capacities across the city.

A government official said, “These developments showcase the state’s commitment to education and urban growth. It’s an important day for Ujjain, as multiple projects will benefit both students and residents.”
