Newborn Found on Temple Doorstep, Police Begin Investigation

A newborn baby was discovered on the doorstep of a temple. Police immediately admitted her to a hospital and are reviewing CCTV footage to identify and locate the mother. The incident has stirred concern and compassion in the community.

Shahdol. In Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh, a newborn girl was found crying on the doorstep of a temple. On receiving information from devotees, the police reached the spot and admitted the newborn to the hospital. Where she is being treated. The police is searching for the girl's relatives.

This case is of village Dhanganwa of Budhar police station area. A crowd of people gathered at Hanuman temple when the sound of the newborn crying was heard. People who reached the spot found the newborn girl wrapped in a cloth crying on the doorstep of the temple. The police who reached the spot admitted the newborn to the district hospital for treatment.

Doctors say that the girl is healthy. She has been kept under observation. Here, the police is also scanning the CCTV cameras installed nearby, so that the mother can be traced.
