Power Display by Congress Supporters Before AICC Observer for New District President Selection in Khandwa

Political activity has intensified in the Congress organization of Khandwa district, Madhya Pradesh, regarding the selection of a new district president. Today, Congress central observer Brijendra Pratap Singh arrived in Khandwa, where supporters of candidates for district and city president posts staged a powerful show of strength before him.

Organization Creation Campaign Under Rahul Gandhi’s Strategy
Observer Brijendra Pratap Singh told in a press conference that the strategy for the organization creation campaign is determined by Congress President Rahul Gandhi. The selection of the new district president will consider all caste, social, and age group parameters.

Panel of 6 Members to Include Diverse Categories
He said the selection process will include one candidate each from women, ST, SC, OBC, and minority communities. Feedback will also be taken from party workers and office bearers. Special priority will be given to young leaders under the age of 45.

New District President to be from Rural Area
Khandwa district has two distinct wings — urban and rural. The observer clarified that the new district president will be chosen from the rural area to strengthen the organization’s base there.

Power Demonstration and Presence of Leaders
During the power demonstration, supporters of district president candidate Rampal Singh Kehlari and city president candidate Amit Mishra were present in large numbers. Former city president Dr. Munish Mishra conducted the press conference. Senior Congress leader Rajnarayan Singh was seen sitting at the back discussing with workers, while his son and state Congress secretary Uttam Pal Singh was present in the front row.

Other Prominent Leaders Present
Former district presidents Ajay Ojha, Sonu Gurjar, and Rupali Bare, along with several other Congress leaders, were also present at the meeting and addressed the supporters.
