Power Outage Near Energy Minister's Residence: Action Taken

Following a power failure in the vicinity of Energy Minister Pradyuman Tomar’s residence, the minister conducted a late-night inspection and took swift action by ordering the suspension of the Junior Engineer (JE) responsible.

 
 

 Madhya Pradesh, there was a power outage for a long time in the area near the house of Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar. As soon as the complaint was received late at night, the Energy Minister conducted a surprise inspection. He gave instructions to suspend the JE of the area on finding negligence.

In fact, in Gwalior, consumers are troubled by the problem of frequent power faults and tripping amid the humid heat for the last few days. In such a situation, complaints of power outage reached the state's Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar late on Tuesday night. He left for a surprise inspection late at night. During the surprise inspection in Patali Hanuman area, power supply was found disrupted in Tansen Nagar zone.

The Energy Minister came to know during discussion with the local people that there was a power outage for the last three to four hours. In such a situation, the Energy Minister instructed the electricity officials to suspend the concerned Junior Engineer (JE). Apart from this, Minister Tomar also conducted a surprise inspection of Phoolbagh, Transport Nagar and Motijheel zones.
