Rain Havoc in Panna: Kutcha House Collapses, Man and Buffalo Buried Under Rubble

In Panna, relentless heavy rainfall caused a kutcha house to collapse, trapping a 53-year-old laborer and his buffalo under the debris. The man and his livestock were seriously injured and later rescued.

The continuous torrential rain in the district has disrupted life. A 53-year-old laborer became the victim of this rain havoc, whose kutcha house collapsed. The laborer Hisabi Lal Chaudhary, 53 years old resident of Bamhari and his buffalo were injured after being buried under the debris.

On getting information about the incident, the villagers immediately started the rescue work and reached the spot after hearing the screams. After a lot of hard work, the villagers took the laborer and buffalo out safely from the debris.

All the household goods were also damaged due to the collapse of the house. The injured laborer was immediately admitted to the Community Health Center for treatment, where he has been referred to the district hospital after seeing his condition. At present, his condition is said to be stable.

This incident has once again proved how big is the danger for people living in kutcha and dilapidated houses during the rainy season. The laborer told that he somehow supports himself and his family by doing labor, his household goods were also destroyed due to the collapse of the kutcha house.
