Special Holi Train Between Rewa and Rani Kamlapati to Run Amid Festival Rush: West Central Railway

West Central Railway (WCR) has announced the operation of a special Holi train between Rewa and Rani Kamlapati stations to accommodate increased passenger traffic during the Holi festival. The move aims to provide additional travel convenience and help manage crowding on the route.

The special service will run as Train Nos. 02186/02185 and include air-conditioned, sleeper, and general class coaches. The train will halt at major stations in both directions, including Satna, Maihar, Katni Murwara, Damoh, Sagar, Bina, and Vidisha. Passengers can book tickets through computerized reservation counters or via the IRCTC website.

Rewa to Rani Kamlapati (02186):
The Rewa–Rani Kamlapati Superfast Holi Special will depart Rewa at 12:30 pm on March 2 and 3. Scheduled arrival times at intermediate stations are Satna (1:30 pm), Maihar (2:03 pm), Katni Murwara (3:00 pm), Damoh (4:30 pm), Sagar (5:30 pm), Bina (6:45 pm), and Vidisha (7:50 pm). The train is expected to reach Rani Kamlapati at 9:15 pm.

Rani Kamlapati to Rewa (02185):
In the reverse direction, the Rani Kamlapati–Rewa Superfast Holi Special will leave Rani Kamlapati at 10:15 pm on both days. Its schedule includes stops at Vidisha (11:10 pm), Bina (12:20 am), Sagar (1:30 am), Damoh (2:35 am), Katni Murwara (4:10 am), Maihar (5:22 am), and Satna (6:05 am), before arriving in Rewa at 7:30 am.

The train service is expected to ease travel during the festive period and offer alternative seating options for passengers headed to and from central India.
