Tributes Paid in Indore as Sushil Nathaniel's Body Arrives
His body was brought to his Veena Nagar residence and then taken to Nanda Nagar Church for prayers, followed by a Christian burial at Juni Indore cemetery. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav paid tribute and offered condolences to the grieving family.
The body of Sushil Nathaniel, who lost his life in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, reached Indore airport at 9 pm on Wednesday. From the airport, his body was taken to his house in Veena Nagar.
At the airport, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav paid tribute and consoled Sushil's family and said that the government is with them. During the incident, Sushil's son Auston and wife Jennifer somehow survived safely and daughter Akanksha was also shot. All reached Indore by flight. The family originally hails from Jobat in Madhya Pradesh. Sushil was working in the satellite branch of LIC located in Alirajpur.
The last journey of Indore resident Sushil Nathaniel, who was martyred in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, started from his residence on Thursday. In the presence of a huge crowd, his body was taken to the cemetery after prayers in the church.
