Shahdol. The web of usury is getting deeper day by day in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. Now women have also joined this illegal business along with men. The latest case is from Budhar police station area, where a female usurer entered the house of the victim family to recover the money and not only abused them, but also threatened to kill them. The victim couple lodged a complaint in Budhar police station, but the police, just following the formality, filed an NCR on the complaint of both the parties and put the case in cold storage. Angry with this negligence of the police, the couple has now also complained to the Chief Minister Helpline and the QR code service of the SP office. Frustrated by not getting justice, the victim has now reached the MLA and pleaded for help.

Money was taken from the woman due to financial crisis

Dinesh Mishra, who lives in a rented house in Adarsh ​​Colony of Budhar police station area, had taken money on interest from a woman resident of Dhanpuri due to family crisis. Mishra says that he paid the interest installments on time, but in recent times, due to financial constraints, some installments got delayed. On this, the woman doing the business of money lending reached his house and started threatening him while speaking in indecent language. When the victim's family reached the police station with a complaint, instead of getting them justice, the police filed a minor report and hushed up the matter. Hurt by this attitude, the couple, after complaining to the CM Helpline and the Superintendent of Police, have now appealed to the MLA for justice.
