The High Court commented and said why not close Jabalpur Airport. The High Court said that the airline company should submit complete commercial data. Along with this, instructions have been given to submit the answer with affidavit on three points.

At the same time, the High Court has also sought an affidavit from the Additional Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government Aviation Department.
