The incident was captured on nearby CCTV. According to Vijay Nagar police, 19-year-old Parth Diwan was killed Wednesday night in Scheme No. 54. Parth had attended his friend Chirag’s birthday party, where friends were drinking alcohol at an illegal enclosure outside a wine shop. A dispute broke out between him and some youths.
Dispute Escalated from Minor Argument

- Police reached the scene late at night after receiving information about the incident.
Murder Linked to Mutual Dispute
- Parth did not have a job. His father, Bhanupratap, works as a driver, and he had an elder sister and a younger brother.

- Employees at the liquor store identified him from CCTV footage and alerted authorities.
Caught While Sleeping After the Murder
- Police located Lavish at his old Nandanagar residence and later at Kalindi Gold City, where he was found sleeping in blood-stained clothes.
