Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Wednesday said corruption and weak administration during previous Congress governments prevented the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA) from achieving its intended objectives. He asserted that the newly introduced VB-G RAMJI Act, launched under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has addressed past shortcomings and introduced reforms aimed at delivering tangible benefits to rural workers.
