In a bid to streamline grievance redressal for party workers, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Madhya Pradesh has introduced a structured duty roster requiring ministers to be available at the party’s state office on a fixed schedule. Under the new arrangement, one or more ministers will meet party workers daily for two hours, from Monday to Friday, between 1 pm and 3 pm.
