Privacy Subordinate to Fair Trial, Says Chhattisgarh High Court; Family Courts Can Admit Electronic Evidence

In a significant ruling on the admissibility of electronic evidence in matrimonial disputes, the Chhattisgarh High Court has held that the right to a fair trial prevails over the individual right to privacy.
