The Indian Army has finalized its strategic roadmap for 2026, emphasizing artificial intelligence, data-driven operations, and network-centric warfare, as part of its decade-long transformation plan from 2023 to 2032. The plan comes in the wake of lessons learned from Operation Sindoor, the 88-hour conflict with Pakistan executed on May 6–7, 2025.
