Raipur Police have arrested three people in connection with an alleged land fraud in which a local businessman was cheated of ₹11.51 crore by selling him land that was already mortgaged to a bank. The case involves High-Tech Abrasives Private Limited and its associated directors, promoters, shareholders and a property broker, officials said on Friday.
