Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan is currently on a break from her film world and has gone on a trip to the mountains. Sara, who reached Uttarakhand, completed a 20-kilometer trek today and also visited Baba Rudranath.
Sara started her journey on Wednesday from Gangol village in Gopeshwar. After that, she reached Lwinti Bugyal, where after an overnight stay, she resumed trekking this morning and reached Rudranath Baba's temple by 2 PM.
During this entire journey, Sara passed through many rocky and narrow paths, and in between, she met many local villagers who were very happy to see Sara.
Notably, the gates of Rudranath Dham will be closed for winter vacation from October 17 this year. After this, from October 18, the winter seat (gaddi) of the Fourth Kedar, Lord Rudranath, will be established in the Gopinath Temple in Gopeshwar, where regular worship will be performed for the next six months.
Observed local life by mingling with villagers on the way
During trekking, Sara Ali Khan stopped at hut-like dhabas, drank tea, and conversed with local people. She learned about the religious beliefs, local life, and traditional cuisines of the place. The actress was deeply impressed by the natural beauty of the mountains and the rural culture, calling it a memorable experience.

The temple has been decorated with colourful flowers
Before this, the temple has been decorated with colorful flowers and white flowers of Mandar. Priests and stakeholders have brought these flowers from the forest to adorn Lord Bholenath for his winter meditation.
After the doors close, Lord Rudranath's palanquin will be taken to Gopinath Temple before sunset, where winter worship will be held for the next six months. In this religious event, the stakeholders, local villagers, and devotees are already present at the shrine.
