The actor shared the news on social media on Friday, expressing his gratitude and love for cinema while unveiling the #ShahRukhKhanFilmFestival, organised in collaboration with PVR INOX and Cinepolis.
Sharing a video, SRK wrote,
“Main kaun hoon, kaun nahi… doesn’t really matter, as long as the lights, camera, and a little bit of love are still rolling. See you at the #ShahRukhKhanFilmFestival starting today. In select theatres across India, in association with PVR INOX and Cinepolis. A YRF International release across the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. T&C apply.”
The two-week festival, beginning on November 2, will celebrate six decades of the superstar’s life and career. Fans can catch seven of his iconic films — Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Dil Se, Devdas, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express, and Jawan — on the big screen once again.
Screenings will take place in over 75 cinemas across 30+ Indian cities, while YRF International is extending the celebration worldwide with special shows in the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other regions.
