Patients can enroll through the website by paying ₹2499 for BlocMarker™, UN:BLOC's ₹2,499 one-time assessment, which draws on a detailed medical questionnaire covering personal and family health history, existing conditions, and lifestyle, supplemented by lab reports and wearable data where patients have them. UnblocPanel™, UN:BLOC's multidisciplinary panel of doctors, reviews each case to identify a patient's specific "blocks", the term the company uses for the underlying physiological drivers behind a condition. A preliminary read is shared immediately after the assessment, with a fully reviewed result following within 48–72 hours. Patients who continue into treatment see the ₹2,499 credited toward UnblocProtocol™, the resulting treatment plan.
Sahni built the model around his own case. Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a decade ago, he ended up on twelve medications with no clear answer for why his condition kept worsening. Working with a set of doctors to trace the pattern of blocks in his own body, he cut his medication load by 75% within 90 days, with the process supervised and tracked throughout. Since then, UN:BLOC's clinical team has expanded on that work across several hundred case studies, treating more than 30 patients beyond Sahni ahead of today's public launch.
"I spent years being treated for symptoms while no one asked why they kept coming back. That question became the starting point for UN:BLOC, and the answer changed everything for me personally," said Deepak Sahni, Founder of UN:BLOC.
Block Medicine, the clinical framework behind the platform, combines Ayurvedic principles with modern diagnostics and has so far mapped 51 biological blocks that clinicians use to trace symptoms to their root cause.
