Renowned Graphologist Nitika Didwania Inspires Over 75 School Principals at Times NIE Knowledge Meet

That question gave The Times of India Newspaper in Education Knowledge Meet its theme “The Future-Ready Mind: Balancing AI Innovation with Human Memory in Education”  and it drew more than seventy-five school principals from Thane and Dadar into an intensive dialogue that lasted through the morning and concluded over lunch.

Among the invited voices was renowned graphologist, counsellor, TEDx speaker and Amazon #1 bestselling author Nitika Didwania. She shared the dais with Professor Hitesh Moghe, an IIT Bombay graduate in Material Science and Metallurgy; Saurabh Vidyadhar, Padho India International Memory Coach and educator; and Abhishek Banerji, psychologist and TEDx speaker. Organised in association with Vidyalankar and co-partnered by Padho India, the Knowledge Meet gathered school leaders not for a parade of presentations, but for a working conversation about what students are actually living through. Manish Kukreja and Nisha Solanke from Times of India NIE Team were the eminent coordinators who pushed this envelope to an altogether different level by creating a mix of successful speakers from select walks of life including Nitika Didwania.

The session opened into an elaborate discussion of the everyday challenges that mobile phones, AI tools and other digital gadgets now place upon the young. Principals spoke of shortened attention spans, of an over-dependence on devices for answers, of memory habits growing weaker, and of the emotional strain that constant connectivity lays upon learners. Questions rose from the floor. What followed was not a lecture but a practical exchange, the kind that happens when the people who run schools are given room to name the problem as they see it.

Addressing the gathering, Nitika Didwania argued that artificial intelligence is transforming education and work and that it need not replace people. Used with intention, she said, AI can empower an entire generation, provided children are taught to remain the authors of their thinking. Technology should amplify human judgement, creativity and memory, not substitute them. Students, she added, must be guided to extract the best use of AI: as a learning companion that sharpens curiosity, not as a shortcut that dulls it.

Drawing on her work as a graphologist and mindset coach, she joined that argument to a practice older than any screen. In a digital classroom, she said, pen and paper remain a powerful way for children to slow down, organise thought, strengthen memory and build confidence; qualities no algorithm can outsource. The future-ready mind, in her telling, is not the mind that types fastest. It is the mind that still knows how to write itself into clarity.

After the formal addresses, she conducted her trademark signature sessions with several of the principals in the room. The live demonstrations drew a warm and engaged response from school leaders across Thane and Dadar. The day did not end there. Following the Knowledge Meet, Nitika was invited by The Times of India team to meet members of staff and present a further demonstration of those signature sessions — a strong close to a substantive day of learning, and a reminder that the conversation about the future of education is, at its best, still a conversation between people.
