Tata Capital IPO Tata Capital has submitted draft papers for its proposed public issue. It is reported that Tata Sons will sell 23 crore shares in Tata Capital's IPO and the company is planning to issue new shares worth 21 crore. Tata Capital Limited, the financial services branch of Tata Sons, can raise around Rs 13370 crore from its upcoming IPO.
