The company recently submitted documents to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an IPO worth ₹4,500 crore. Founded in 2020, PhysicsWallah raised ₹21 crore in funding from Hornbill Capital last September. At that time, Hornbill Capital valued the company at ₹23,000 crore. According to a report by Financial Express, the company is also preparing to acquire Drishti IAS before its IPO. Everything might seem familiar, except for the way the IPO has been filed.
