To participate in AIBE 20, candidates must have a Bachelor of Laws (3-year LLB/5-year LLB) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India. General and OBC candidates must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 45% marks, and SC/ST candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks. There is no age limit to appear for this exam.
