The date of Sub Inspector Prohibition Recruitment Exam has been announced by Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission. For all the candidates who had applied for this recruitment, the examination will be conducted on 31st August 2025 at the prescribed examination centers across the state. The exam date has been announced by issuing a notification on the official website of BPSSC bpssc.bihar.gov.in.
Exam will be conducted in two shifts
According to the notification issued by BPSSC, the SI recruitment exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift exam will be conducted from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift exam will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
Admit cards will be issued on 14th August
Admit cards of the applicants to appear in Bihar Sub Inspector Prohibition Recruitment Examination will be made available for download on 14th August. Admit cards will be made available on the website through online medium, admit cards will not be sent to any candidate personally through post etc. When the admit card is issued, you can download it through these steps-
To download the admit card, first you have to visit the official website.
- On the home page of the website, you have to click on the link related to the admit card.
- After this you have to enter the login details.
- Now your admit card will open on the screen from where you can download it and take a printout of it.
Exam Pattern
In the Bihar Police SI Recruitment Prelim Exam, candidates will be asked 100 multiple choice type questions for which the total marks are 200. Candidates will be given 2 hours to solve the question paper. Questions related to general knowledge and current issues will be asked in the preliminary examination. Candidates who obtain minimum 30% marks in this examination will be considered qualified for the main examination.
