BSEB Announces Spot Admission for D.El.Ed Course 2025–27 Session

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the spot admission process for the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course for the 2025–2027 academic session, offering a final opportunity to eligible candidates to secure admission against vacant seats.

According to the official notification, the spot admission drive is being conducted to fill remaining seats in government and private teacher training institutes across Bihar. Candidates who have qualified the D.El.Ed entrance examination but could not secure admission in earlier counselling rounds are eligible to participate in the spot admission process.

BSEB officials stated that spot admissions will be carried out at designated institutes based on merit and seat availability. Interested candidates are required to report in person with original documents, including educational certificates, entrance exam scorecard, identity proof, and category certificates, if applicable.

The board has clarified that admissions will be strictly provisional and subject to document verification. Seats will be allotted on a first-come, merit-based basis, and once filled, no further claims will be entertained. Candidates are advised to check the official BSEB website regularly for detailed schedules, institute-wise vacancy lists, and reporting guidelines.

The D.El.Ed programme is a mandatory qualification for candidates aspiring to become primary school teachers in Bihar. The two-year course focuses on child pedagogy, teaching methodologies, and classroom training in line with national education standards.

BSEB has urged candidates to complete the spot admission process within the prescribed timeline, as no additional rounds are expected after its conclusion. Further updates related to admission confirmation and academic session commencement will be notified by the board in due course.
